Jon Jones joins Novatia

We are pleased to announce that we have welcomed Jon Jones to Novatia as of 3rd January 2023. Jon is taking up the role of Technical Consultant and will be providing product leadership for our ICT design and delivery services into our Contruction partners on building projects.

Jon brings 17 years’ experience and passion of ICT technology and strategy to Novatia. Starting off his ICT career as an ICT technician and through his knowledge and experience rose to Regional ICT Manager for Ormiston Academies Trust. As well as being responsible for ICT provision Jon has also spent some time as teacher of Computing and IT and so has experience of both ICT strategy and implementation as well as passing his practical knowledge onto GCSE students.

His change management skills as well as robust internal stakeholder management of Trust-wide initiatives will be key for Novatia supporting MATs especially with new construction projects and ‘Connect the Classroom’ activities”.

Jon professes himself as a bit of a ‘tech geek’ and has always had a keen interest in technology, having tinkered with hardware and software and built his own PCs from the age of 13, primarily to support the latest video games.
