ISO9001 provides the sustainable framework through which we deliver your projects in a repeatable, high quality manner.

We want you to hear about the standard of our work from our clients. Like you, we're a learning organisation so we're never complacent and always looking for ways to improve what we do. Everything we do is peer-reviewed and overseen by a Novatia Board Director before we release it and we actively seek feedback throughout our engagement to make sure you're completely happy. Regular management reviews ensure that best practise and enhanced ideas are applied across all projects - meaning that you benefit from the on-going learning of Novatia.

ISO14001:2015

We take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously and actively work to ensure that Novatia's business activities do not have a negative impact on the planet.

As well as being ISO14001:2015 certified we actively measure and manage our Carbon Footprint though a range of Environmental Measures ranging from home working to train travel. We also neutralise our residual Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in partnership with Tree Appeal.

Our Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) provides further details on our progress to meet the Government's target of Net Zero by 2050

ISO27001:2013

Providing you with the confidence that your information and data will be held and handled securely is essential – especially within the context of an educational environment and the sensitivities surrounding young people’s data. We take our responsibility in this respect very seriously and our systems are certified by BSI to ISO27001:2013 – ensuring that we take a strategic approach to your data security that then flows through the operational delivery of our projects.

Cyber Essentials

Our certification for Cyber Essentials and membership with the Information Commissioner’s Officer (ICO) demonstrates our commitment to protecting data.

As the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service, Novatia has passed high-level validation checks to achieve Gold status with Constructionline. As well as assessing our BIM processes, Novatia’s credentials for environmental management, quality management and company information are tested, meeting the same standard required for PAS 91.

For our work in the construction industry, our CHAS accreditation ensures our Health and Safety meet the standards expected of our customers.
