An ICT Audit and Strategy provides you with an independent appraisal of your technical, operational, and educational ICT and subsequently, improvement recommendations in the form of an ICT Strategy. This ensures that the user-base understands that the Trust is prioritising the effective provision of IT for their benefit, with the ultimate aim of delivering the Trust’s overall educational goals and improve learning, teaching, and management outcomes.

student interviews, focus groups and surveys we get an understanding of your

The duration of the ICT Strategy can be short-term (1 year) or medium-term (3-
