ICT Consultant

Novatia supports our customers’ success through our high-quality ICT advice and solutions. To lead and maintain the technical excellence of our services and projects we are looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic ICT Consultant to join our team.

The role will suit someone with the experience of designing and supporting ICT in an education setting, an enthusiasm for technology and a desire to develop and grow their knowledge. The three core aspects of the role are:

• Providing technical leadership across each of Novatia’s services, including ICT consultancy to Multi-Academy Trusts and ‘ICT Design & Delivery’ services to Main Contractors building new schools.
• Leading and delivering consultancy services and projects to Novatia’s core client base, including Multi-Academy Trusts, schools and Main Contractors.
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing team to provide input to marketing collateral and campaigns, to support new business and bidding activities, and generating repeat business with existing clients.

You'll need to have:

• A degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to present a logical argument and take the technical lead
• Competent IT skills (including use of Microsoft Excel)

• Organised, with a positive attitude to work
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as a valued member of a team
• Travel and overnight stays are expected
• Attention to detail
