Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust (FMAT) is an educational charity established in 2014. The Trust currently operates four senior schools and a sixth form, educating 4,000 students across the West Midlands.
Novatia has worked with the Trust Leadership Team for over eight years, providing ICT-related professional services to assist the Trust in developing and implementing its ICT strategy. Novatia has provided ICT-focused consultancy contracts providing management coaching, CPD, advice, audits, strategies, specifications, procurements, contract management, and project management services.
Novatia was initially appointed to a single project in May 2017 to audit the ICT use and quality across the Trust’s schools.
